Wing Week at Hopsmith

For the last week of July, overlapping with the National Chicken Wing Day, join us for Wing Week and get a deal on single order of wings (1lb) for $15.25. We’ll be bringing in award-winning sauces from Woodie’s Flat including Sriracha Soy, Garlic Honey, Super Buffalo, and for a limited-time only, a sauce made with Malört. In addition, Hopsmith will also have its own sauces available if you’re not into the whole Malört thing including Buffalo, BBQ, Nashville Hot, Korean BBQ, Chimichurri, Parmesan Garlic, Mango Habanero, and Honey Hot Truffle.

Why would we do this to you?

One day at the bar, we thought: What if we made a wing sauce that was objectively bad? So, we took our sweet bourbon glaze and replaced the bourbon with Malört. Then we swapped the lemon juice for grapefruit—because that’s what the flavor of regret tastes like.

The result? A bold, BBQ-style sauce that’s surprisingly edible and definitely unforgettable. Try it (or dare a friend to) during Wing Week, July 28 – August 3, at any Big Onion Hospitality venue. 1lb of wings for $15.25. Good luck.
